They have a top tier house too. No longer considered bottom tier. Not sure if Chi Phi can even take a PC. They're on prob anyway and irrelevant. Pi Kapp does absolutely nothing socially so they drop. AKL and Squid Tau are pretty much jokes and their parties are FILLED with freshmen, it's crazy. Anything below 7 is not worth rushing, wouldn't even bother going to their zone day
