How would you know if they "function just like a sorority" if you aren't in one? Do they participate in all Greek functions on campus or do they just party? Do they have a dorm hall and suite? Will their daughters be given preference for recruitment at schools all around the world? Do they have opportunities to join alumnae chapters and network with alums after graduation? What sort of leadership development is offered to their members and officers? Believe me, no one is jealous of ESA. Keep telling yourself that though if it makes you feel better.
