The question wasn't about consistency or number of chapters. An org that is strong nationally is has strong, positive name recognition across the country. And that is true for those 8 sororitys listed. If Tri-Delt was still here, they'd be on that list, too. This isn't saying the other sororitys aren't strong, just that they are better known in specific regions versus having name recognition on a national scale.
