I think you missed the point. Don't think so highly of yourself because you can social with sororities and other houses social with clubs/orgs. It has less to do with you as an individual and your charisma than it has to do with your appeal as a larger organization. The presumed "Top" houses like DChi, BSB and Pike fall very much in the middle of the pack for grades. Whereas houses a tier or two below consistently do better. Stop thinking you are somehow superior than everyone in those other houses because you aren't.
