The chapters that lost their charter weren't Kappa and KD. If they were, the women that would have gone into 1, would trickle down to Theta, GPhi, AXiD and ZTA. These chapters will all remain constant and get the same women they would have gotten last year. But, the ones that would have pledged ASA and AXO last year will end up pledging the chapters in Tier 3 (ie. DG and DZ). Since the frats in 2 were pairing with these chapters, they will be more interested in DG and DZ because the women will be similar to who they paired with last year. When you lose chapters at the top, it does change the order of things.
