If you are a rush, read this . . . Greekrank is literally the most biased website ever. More than half of the rankings posted on here are extremely inaccurate, as most of the time it is made by someone in a fraternity that ranks their frat higher than it should be ranked, or ranks other frats lower than they should be bc of some personal/absurd reason. If you are rushing, seriously check out as many houses as you can. Aim to go to 3-4 houses every zone day, because you never know which place you might like the best. If you have to, prioritize checking out houses that you know had many (at least decent) parties during the fall, so that you know you'll have plans on the weekends at the very least once you're in. If you end up getting texts to come back after the zone days, there is no reason to skip out on a rush event based on someone telling you that that frat is "beat" or "weird." Just go to as many things as possible, see if you like it, and enjoy the free alcohol you get. Make your own opinion on the fraternities as you go through rush, consider other things like who does good in Thon, IM sports, etc and consider everything before you make a decision. If you join a fraternity just because a post on Greekrank claims it is really good, you are probably making a mistake.
