For those ladies getting ready to rush, know that tiers are ONLY about social pairs. There is no correlation to quality of women or sisterhood. Within each tier, the chapters could be mixed up depending on personal preference. Someone might like more wifey, friendly, wholesome, naturally pretty girls whereas someone else might prefer high maintenance, tanned, wouldn't leave their room without full make up kind of girls. Go with your gut and find "your people". With three sororitys gone from last year, things will change. The women that might have gone AXO last year, might end up in AXiD this year.
