-Rankings are based strictly off of social pairings. (Tier 3 wont give bars to tier 4, 2 contemplates giving tier 3 bars, tier 1 will never give anyone below tier 1 a bar) -If you’re in the same tier then you social with each other -I’m putting sororitys, not in order, at the end of each tier.
