We have a presumption of innocence in our society. The hope that this was simply a tragic accident was there in Feb. Now that more information has come to light, it is clearer that others could have intervened to save Tim's life. It is beyond comprehension that compassionate humans, men and women who were present, would have done nothing to help him. Not one single person that was there had the moral compass to actually call for help. It is appalling. Those that were charged will pay with potential jail time and their future prospects snuffed out. Those that were there and were not charged will have to carry that burden with them for the rest of their lives.
