Frats top 3: KA, SNu, KSig (order changes every year and relative to who your friends with) rest in order: SigEp - chill & diverse but not traditional frat PhiPsi - have gay reputation but that's fading out, parties cater more towards weirder side of campus SigChi - first year with house back in a while, used to be touse but has fallen off a lot TDX - unhoused, but might be getting house back in Fall 2027 --------------------- Sororities top 2: Kappa, Theta (flip back and forth every year but def top 2) PiPhi - always competing with top 2 and def do get a lot of girls who could be in top 2, but considered a bit below APhi - the rest, mixes only with SigEp, PhiPsi, and SigChi, so weirder vibe for sure. don't know anyone who ranked APhi first. TriDelt - didn't have a class last spring
