It is extremely rare for a PNM to be released from every house at Southern Miss. EXTREMELY!! Now there are girls who drop out of the process every year because they didn't like the houses who invited them back. But, on the overall, the number of women participating in recruitment who are released completely from the process is infinitely small. When it does happen, those cases would have to be due to: -academic insufficiency (self explanatory, GPA lower than a 3.0 and/or ACT below a 20) -personal development (doesn't try to do the best she can with what she's got - doesn't fix her hair or try to look presentable) -unpleasant/complaining/combative & generally not agreeable (some women are just not compatible with group activities...these women are generally complainers, unhappy on the overall and find fault with everything/everyone. This personality type is rare, but when it does present is easily identifiable and quickly sorted out by groups of women looking for friendship.)
