I agree with this list for the most part. Phi Mu is definitely higher than ADG and Delta Zeta. The mid tiers that you have numbered around 7-10 are still very extremely hard to get. Many girls have preferred the houses listed 4-8 over the ones you listed as 1-3 because of how cliquey and how weird their class pledges have become. So I would say several of those were preferred this year.
