TOP TIER - IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER Chi Omega (Chi O) – Always does well during rush, but last year felt kind of boring to some girls. You’ll usually find them in the library or leading campus stuff. They’re smart, super involved, and more serious. Did not COB. Kappa Alpha Theta (Theta) – Known for being academic and involved. There was a shift last year—they didn’t come out as strong as usual, but they’re still respected. They’re also fun and like to go out more than people think. Did COB. (On probation) Alpha Delta Pi (ADPi) – Always a strong house with a solid rep for being smart, genuine, and super involved. They had a good rush, but last year’s PC felt a little off compared to past years. Still, they’re known for taking quality girls and staying active. Did not COB. (On probation) Kappa Delta (KD) – Pretty, smart, involved, and fun. KD had a strong year and tends to attract confident girls who have it together. They like to go out but keep their stuff together too. Some people say a few girls act like they’re better than others, but most agree they’re nice and genuine. Did not COB. Pi Beta Phi (Pi Phi) – Super outgoing, fun, and always down for a good time. They care about appearances—sometimes not the most polished—but they’re really friendly and have a strong sisterhood. Did COB. Delta Delta Delta (Tri Delt) – Comes off confident and kind of old-school. They’re smart and involved, but some say the vibe can feel off or even a little mean. Has a lot of legacies, so the mix can feel random. Did COB. Alpha Phi – Big energy and super social. One of the more outgoing houses for sure. Not always known for being the classiest, but the girls are close and always seem to be having fun. Did not COB. MIDDLE TIER- IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER Alpha Chi Omega (AXO) – Sweet, down-to-earth, and low-key in the best way. The girls are really supportive and the sisterhood feels super real. Did COB. Phi Mu – Fun, friendly, and full of different types of girls in a way that totally works. It’s not always the house people expect to love, but so many girls end up really happy here. Did not COB. Delta Gamma (DG) – Had a rougher rush last year, but the girls are sweet and super easy to be around. It’s a chill group that’s known for being kind and supportive. Did COB. Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) – Smart, low-key, and chill. They’ve been quietly growing, and while they’re not the most flashy, the girls seem genuinely close. Did COB. BOTTOM TIER- IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER Delta Zeta (DZ) – Very laid-back and kind. The vibe is super relaxed, and the girls are down-to-earth and easy to get along with. Did not COB. Alpha Gamma Delta (AGD) – Focused on sisterhood and connection. The girls are genuine and show up for each other, but depending on the group, the vibe can feel a little tough or closed off. Did COB. Gamma Phi Beta (GPhi) – Still rebuilding, but full of sweet, supportive girls. It’s a smaller chapter, but their sisterhood feels really genuine. Did COB.
