right @nick, for a moment it seemed like AGD was going to outrank Phi Mu because of Phi Mu losing their house, but if they really do have Pi kapps house for next year they're solid. I think Zeta vs Phi sig is very subjective, theyre very different but both definitely top for various reasons. I wouldn't go as far to say AXO is better than AGD at this moment but they are definitely in a much better spot than AGD was during their founding year. its kinda crazy how much I see AXO around campus and involved. I also think depending on this spring SDT and Gphi could be on equal playing field as Gphi has kinda been tanking.
