tdx - not on campus and have fallen off especially after kids graduate this semester. might as well say sig chi is still top too if ur claiming theyre the best chi phi - they do not have the pull to be even close to top house, probation seems to have hurt them theta chi - closest thing to top tier we have, yeah their parties kinda blow because they follow all policies and they have lots of squid bros but this is reality pike - relations are good but no house, was always decent but becoming irrelevant because of that theta chi is a safe choice
