Hardest is ZTA/GPhi/Phi Sig all of whom basically determine their PCs before recruitment even starts. AGD and Phi Mu and SDT all have to be careful to avoid cutting too many girls since some girls are already picked for the top 3 essentially. AGD/Phi Mu/SDT will depend primarily on how you vibed w them and if you had a negative/positive rec. DG and SK isn't hard at all.
