Chi Psi - Pretty solid, people think they're usually top tier but their socials been going down these past few years. Not as good and reputable as they used to be. PIKE - Solid, but also going downhill. Girls like them, but they don't have a letter house so that's why their not 'top' tier. Chi Phi - Have all the tools to be a solid frat, sororitys seem to like them but they have a small brotherhood. Recruitment issues I guess. SAM - LOL no comment SAE - ^ Theta Chi - Still Pretty solid, probably one of the better frats on campus DKE - Eh, dont really have much personal exper. DU - Pretty solid, not sure why they get alot of hate on here but they're definitely top tier.
