Thank you for this. Its exactly what I would have written, if I could organize my thoughts like you do. I think this post is completely valid. It is so true that the tiers are what matter and not necessarily the order within those tiers. And yah! - I know girls who joined top houses and then dropped or they stayed and were completely miserable. I also know girls who joined bottom houses and loved their experience.
