Return Rate for a chapter is how highly ranked they are by the pnm's after each round. Those percentages are used to determine how many pnm's each chapter can invite back each round. The higher the return rate for a chapter, the fewer pnm's they are allowed to invite back each round, and that makes them more competitive to get into. But not many pnm's at all are cut from all houses, the system is not designed to do that. The system is designed to let pnm's know as early in the process as possible which chapters they have a real chance for a bid at. This is not just at UTK, it is the way rush works at every school. Put everything on your resume. You want to show that you are active and involved and will contribute to your sorority while keeping your grades up.
