Kappa Sig was 100,000 in debt when they left their on campus house. SAE hazed a kid and had a two year suspension but said not coming back unless debt is excused which led to a four year absence. Beta only came back to pay debt off. Lambda Chi has a never to return status from hazing and debt. Sig Ep is in debt, but also leaving campus for not abiding nationals rules about alcohol in house. Sig Chi had debt issues as well, that’s why they left. Wouldn’t doubt D Chi had debt either, but not registering socials got them, pretty stupid to throw unregistered parties seeing eye distance from USF PD. Pi Kapp had some debt and that other thing Don’t recommend any frat moving on campus. ZBT has some debt but manageable for now explains why they don’t do much and force brothers in the house. Sig Nu is taking as many kids as possible because they can’t get a bigger house or extension unless they have proof of long waiting list to move in, even though they are still forcing people to live there. That leaves pretty much just Phi Delt with a legit house, they own it but they aren’t abiding Nationals Laws about alcohol in the house, so Nationals is threatening to take their charter if they don’t quit hiding alcohol in a secret closet and turning off cameras during parties. Too my knowledge those are the only frats to have had campus housing, minus Phi Delt. Kinda sucks to be at USF. UCF built a stadium and all Greek Life saved money individually with their alumni and paid for their own houses next to the new stadium. If USF Greek Life wants to grow, a new stadium would be the catalyst.
