in a matter of 2-3 years (frats not rlly sororities) can easily go from bottom to top just like that at usf... just because your "top" now it can easily change in a matter of a couple of semesters... thats just how usf greek is. if you actually know the history of usf greek you would know, thats why beta theta pi will have an opportunity to come in stride, why delta chi went from top to crap in a matter of a a couple of semesters and Pi Kapp and SAE only 3-4 years ago literally ran the greek scene at USF... watch out for new orgs to really push the envelope
