Ever since the PC of hall that just graduated, which was 9 people, they have been on a downfall. Every year since they over bid so many guys which is why you get the hall touse squid paradox. Half their guys would have been hall bids back in the day when hall ran show, but the other half are DU locks. That’s why year of year they keep getting further from the Show and Senda (DKE and ZY) and phi psi is getting closer to them.
