- DKE, Hall, Elmo, ZETE All exclusive fraternities, almost impossible to obtain a bid during formal rush. Note that Elmo already has their PC picked out towards the beginning of the fall and Hall often drops rushees last minute. DKE has a great house and undeniably the best parties. Zete has a specific archetype and has the best Kappa relations. - Phi Psi, SAE Solid fraternities, good srat relations, fairly difficult to obtain a bid. - Sig Chi, McCormick Hall, Chi Phi Bid is obtainable during formal rush, but difficult. Note that Sig Chi had their Christmas formal on the same day as Kappa, Tri Delt, Pi Phi, and Alpha Phi because they couldn't get enough sororities to show up. McCormick has better srat relationships than both Sig Chi and Chi Phi, however they are kicked off for a while. The 2026 PC will determine their standings. - SNU, Beta, FIJI These three have their own category because they are all significantly better than the rest of the frats below. All of these bids are obtainable in formal rush. Beta has the best srat relations, SNU has the best parties and house, and FIJI has a solid location but pulled together a mid PC in 2025. - DU, Sammy, Serp, Theta Chi Bid easily obtainable. All solid brotherhoods and a good place to be if you enjoy the people. Sammy has pretty bad hazing for what they are. DU is on top of this list by far. Serp's allegations hold them back and they will likely never be above mid, however they are a solid group of men and have a great location. OX just got back on, we will have to see the progression. - Phi Society, Chi Psi, AEPi, Pikapp Great brotherhood, bottom tier srat relations, Phi Soc will probably pull the best PC of these four - ATO, Dsig, Pilam, Pikapp, TDX Nonexistent sorority relations, only mix with clubs and have parties that cater to first years. Not worth paying dues for these frats that may not exist in the next ten years.
