Top: DKE Elmo Zete Hall These houses have been at the top for a while they all have their own niche, Elmo’s is rich internationals Zete is southern. Hall is noticeably below the other 3 but still considered top Upper: Phi Psi, SAE, Sig Chi Fantastic parties and cool guys, they just lack some of the money and rep but have great srat connections. Sig Chi is significantly lower than the other 2 partly due to location but is still in this tier Upper Mid: Chi Phi, Beta, SNU, Mcormick These are really good houses, good parties and can get a bid if you’re a cool guy less fratty than the other tiers and lower Sorority connections compared to upper Mid: 128, Theta Chi, DU, Sammy solid houses good parties, houses in this tier have struggled a bit due to suspensions but all 4 are operating, have good parties and decent sorority connections. They have a mix of normal and cool brothers, can get a bid pretty easily if you’re a cool guy. Sammy is lower than the other 3 have fallen off Lower Mid:, KA, Phi Soc, DSig, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp Houses in this tier are ok, not great, but not terrible. They still have some sorority connections and can have some decent parties. They have a mix of cool and weird brothers. Lower: Chi Psi, SERP, AEPI, PiLam, ATO, ASIG These houses are pretty bottom tier have bad parties but decent brotherhood so still worth rushing if you want a group, some are falling like serp with SA accusations and some are rising like ATO which was in the lower dead tier until last year. Bottom (don’t bother rushing): TDX, Sig Pi, Phi Sig, TKE, SPE, ZBT Not much to say these houses are irrelevant.
