Top (interchangeable): Phi Sig, Theta Chi, Pi Kapp: These houses look like they will be pulling in large classes, excited to see what they have in store. Lower Top: Alpha Sig, Kappa Sig: Just barely off being top 3, Alpha Sig has a rep for being party animals, and the freshman’s wet dream. Kappa good, but can’t throw outside, which is their biggest vice. Upper Middle: Pike, Sig Chi: Pike has a lot of good guys, but they don’t have a house yet. Rumor has it alpha sig’s house will be there’s in 2026, which would throw this group of guys into the top 5. Sig Chi has a great location, and some great guys, as well as a strong national backing. Middle: ZBT, TKE: ZBT is clowned on but throws good outdoors, potential to grow into the higher tiers is possible, we’ll see with the coming fall rush. TKE has been falling off, they had a great run but need to get back on their game to move up. Great guys. Lower Middle: Delta Chi, SIGEP: DCHI is a group of nice guys, but they are best described if Central had a dedicated frat. Alt girls love this place, good location, interesting dudes. SIGEP is a great group of guys, but their house is a bit off campus. They used to be a powerhouse but have fallen off, but I can sense a resurgence soon. Bottom: AEPI, AXP, Delta Sig: AEPI is in a great spot but these guys just don’t have much of a status yet, but back in the day Aepi was the top frat at UMass. AXP is in a good spot, but they are just the Oozma Kappa of this campus, and there is nothing wrong with it. DSIG might not even exist atp, who knows.
