Agree with rankings for sure idk if Pike will be on the up anytime soon, they have many brothers but i dont think they’ll have a house anytime soon. Sig Chi, ZBT & DChi would be my advice for incoming freshman. ZBT & DChi don’t pledge nationally (there’s definitely a pledging process here but its surely toned down or less hostile compared to top frats) & Sig Chi does do pledging but its only a few weeks nationally which is amazing compared to top frats doing whole semester. And honestly Sig Ep seems to have a good brotherhood going on & they also don’t pledge nationally. I know they don’t throw but they do have a house. If i were an incoming freshmen who didn’t wanna go through a crazy process but still wanted to have the connections & brotherhood, I’d simply grab a bunch of my friends from the first few weeks and just take over some of these low to mid frats. Top frats are super hostile with pledging and you can get into the parties anyways with ratio 🤷🏻‍♀️
