Rise: Beta - consistent large classes, some of the top sorority relations at vt Theta Chi - very high bid retention, consistently large pcs Phi delt - merger with ksig, gains their center house, will make a small jump to low mouse next semester Fall: Pike - terrible 7 person spring pc, constant bad press surrounding them, weird guys in general Fiji - bad fall 2025 and spring 2026 classes. Steadily declining, not many freshman wanting to rush them. Center - small spring pcs, very bad on-campus press, hazing causes half their pc to drop every semester
