Top: FIJI (no problem with school, nice parties), TKE (nice house, but far, good philanthropy), Pi Kapp (nice guys throw good parties, no problem with school) Middle: Pike (haven’t had a party in awhile and not really on oak, but cute guys), KA(new houses and getting up there with newer PCs), ATO (nice parties, cute guys), DKE (first to second nicest houses/location and starting to get better the past year, older guys are weird but nice new guys), Dsig (no house yet but still lit), Beta (lost their house but still fun), Theta Chi (one of the nicest houses some weird guys but mostly sociable and fun guys), Pi lam (oak house, eh fun guy Low: Phi delt (aright party house kinda sketch, mixed of guys), AGR (arguably best house but hella far and knock off KA guys), Alpha sig (oak but can’t fill their houses), Sig Tau (progress st house not bad but honestly weird guys, but seem like genuine guys) everyone else just my opinion the past two years here and all frats are basically the same after awhile
