SAE isn’t recognized by the school either. The school’s Student Conduct punishment process is unbeleivably black-and-white, and they’re that way with individuals too, not just fraternities. Its up to greek life to organize and work with the school to find a process that bears minimal liability. Time to adapt or die. RIP Lambda, Sig Chi, SAE, and of course the OG Sig Ep
