i bet a lot of pnms are looking at this site out of curiosity so just some things to keep in mind: -recruitment is a pretty draining process (a lot of waiting, talking, and it's frickin cold out). this is corny but having a positive mindset will make the experience a lot better. -i wish someone had told me to not act like i was being formally interviewed when i was rushing. i wouldve been 100% less nervous. youre trying to make friends not land a job. -this is most important thing bc if you didn't care about rankings you wouldn't be on this site: literally no one cares about what your sorority is ranked. hell no one even cares if youre in a sorority or not. it's just an organization you join to meet people.
