While connections are helpful, it certainly doesn’t mean that because you don’t have connections you won’t get a bid. Just go into rush with an open mind, don’t rule out any houses and see rush through until the very end. Lots of women drop out of rush because they think they are better than the houses that they get back and then lose out on an amazing opportunity to be in a sorority. Good luck in the fall!
