Chi o has always been an upper mid/ lower top house and that will not be changing anytime soon.. esp with their latest pc they rushed top next to pi phi and dg. ranks don’t just change out of no where, hate to break it to the houses that keep praying they can surpass the top houses at CU but it’s not gonna happen unless something crazy happens and kills off an entire pc lol
