the answer… maybe! sororities prioritize freshmen because it’s a 4 year member. you’re most involved sophomore / junior year. it’s not impossible to rush as a sophomore but the numbers are against you. my advice? get through the new member period and do not drop until right before initiation if you’re still feeling this way. bid day is overwhelming. give it a few weeks, go on big / little dates, start making friends, and it might all start to make sense !! wear your letters on campus too you might have girls from your chapter in your classes and it’ll help you make friends and it’s a conversation starter. dropping after bid day is way too soon imo give it some time before you decide.
