The member class size is calculated by taking the number of PNM‘s that signed the MRABA form after preference round, divided by 9 which is the number of sororities at CU, so it changes every year. As long as a PNM has decent enough grades and doesn’t do anything egregious through social media or at rush, and maximizes their options every round they are guaranteed a bid to a house. The girls who drop tend to do so because they get dropped by the houses they wanted rather than staying in the process with the houses that wanted them.
