Pi phi will get the best return again and have a class full of SoCal girls, no surprise. They consistently put on a good rush and have a good blend of top house vibe while still being relatable. DG will have a better rush than prior years and I think chi o and axo will have very strong classes. Heard a lot of good things about all 3. I think any one of these houses can vie for top house with pi phi after this rush. I hear a phi struggled this year. I don’t think they can figure out if they want to be the “hot” house or a more well rounded house and it’s confusing. They will still get a lot of good girls because of sheer pnm numbers but I think a few other houses are going to pass them up. I think this will be the year of axo’s rise.
