The NPC recruitment process has been refined and refined over decades to offer as many bids as possible while maintaining equity among the chapters and keep the panhellenic system thriving. Some of you just don't seem to understand that the sororities are doing the choosing. Your wanting a house and ranking them high is not how you get invited back. The sororities don't take pnm's ranks of the chapters into account when they rank their list of pnm's, they don't even see those ranks. And the fact that you did not get a full schedule back is not a factor either. When a sorority releases a pnm from their recruitment, that's their decision. Sorority recruitment is not a sign up sheet for pnm's, the sororities are selecting their members from among interested pnm's. Sorority membership is a privilege not a right.
