Are we blaming the PNMs for a system that is stacked against them with a high number of PNMs with so few houses? The system is flawed and it has horrible emotional impacts on these young women and telling them to stick with it and that MAYBE you'll get a bid even if it's not your fave seems like breadcrumbing and asking them to settle to me. Hopefully some of these women will get in there with ideas to help fix the system after seeing many friends drop out. Many don't see the potential benefits outweighing the risk.
