I know everyone on here talks about retention rates a lot and looking at the post for the seniors is the most accurate way to measure retention (think about it lmao those are the girls that the chapter has retained all 4 years). Yes girls drop for plenty of reasons and it isn’t always about sisterhood (financial reason, time commitments etc), but if I was a pnm I’d be looking at how many girls stay all 4 years since that is probably a chapter that values its members cause girls want to stay around.
