Saw someone else do this so here’s my take coming from an active who knows a lot of girls rushing… Piphi and dg will be most popular. EVERYONE I’ve talked to wants dg (but also all my friends that are rushing are more of that vibe over the top tier/looks house/sec vibe so I could have a skewed view point). Piphi is seeming a lot more popular than aphi. Aphi will still be popular but mostly with girls who are caught up in rank and are the party vibe. Girls will like them if they have been dirty rushed by them because they think it’s a free ticket to a top house. Imma reiterate tho RANK DOES NOT MATTER… so im begging girls to not go for a house just because they want higher rank. From the girls I’ve talked to, chi o and theta are pretty equal (chi o over theta for the most part but girls I’ve talked to say theyd be super happy with either) and both would be preferred over Axo and kappa. Girls see these houses as more genuine and even if there hasn’t actually been any scandal with Axo, the rumors that have gone around of all their exec dropping last year, poor retention, questionable social media practices, etc have turned girls away. I’m not saying these are true whatsoever but girls have heard these rumors and don’t wanna risk it. Kappa will still get aphi rejects but the girls who are not interested in aphi (girls that want dg/ more genuine experience) will not like kappa. Kappas mean girl rep is hurting them this year more than it has in the past. Gphi will probably have the dg/chio/theta rejects. They aren’t bottom tier but they aren’t anybody’s first choice. They do well during rush but their retention seems to be one of the worst of any house (not sure why if anyone has any insight pls spill). Tri delt will probably get their best pc and it will be sweet girls who don’t care about rank. Girls that don’t go Gphi will go ddd.
