Theta isn’t the kind of house to write all of this as a subtle way of boosting their house. Pi phi always recruits #1 anyways so they don’t need to waste their time on something like this. Axo has been being slandered on this page lately so this is an obvious attempt to combat those claims. Pnms - do not focus on lists like this. They are all biased.
