SAE, Delt, Pike are clear top three - we all know what they do well/are known for. Sigma Chi and Beta in the 1B tier - Sigma Chi I would say is closer to the big three than Beta, but both are still quality. Sig Ep best of 2nd tier followed by Theta Chi and Pi Kapp.
