Tier 1: Sae- Good parties this year, solid pledge class, biggest house Pike: Decent parties, good pc, would be top house if wasn’t under construction Tier 2: Sig Chi- Good pairs, could be higher if threw more, good members cool house Beta- Good parties for annex, really good pc, cool house, would be higher if wasn’t dry Delt- Really good tailgates, worst pc of top 5, feels like it’s falling a bit compared to last year Tier 3: Sig Ep- mid tier, reputation for being a bit nerdy, cool house Tier 4: Theta Chi- Has some cool guys but also some weird, could be higher with a nicer house, would be better if they stop throwing with bottom frats Pi Kapp- similar to theta chi, some decent guys but bad house holds them back, big gap from tier 4 to 3 Tier 5: Sammy & Phi Tau- Not the worst on campus but definitely lower than everyone else listed Tier 6: Bottom
