@nic The intended purpose of RFM is to give all interested pnms at formal recruitment's nationwide a fair chance at becoming an initiated member of an NPC sorority. There are various valid reasons pnms are released from recruitment, just as pnms choose valid reasons to decline party invites and/or bids. IMPORTANT NOTE: If Cal's Panhellenic has a valid, legitimate beef with the present NPC RFM method of formal recruitment they ought to collectively present their side of Cal's allegedly horrendous greek system status WITH POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS FOR THE CAL SYSTEM to nationally-elected sorority members in control of panhellenic response within each of the 26 individual NPC sororities. Targeting official national executive board panhel members within all 26 NPC panhellenic groups makes sure everyone can follow and discuss your concerns from the moment Cal's panhel first complains.. However if you, nic, are the only one having the beef with NPC's PFM methods I suggest you personally explain that beef to your very own sorority's elected national panhellenic representatives. They will know how to politely respond to any issues you present, and may be able to more officially present your concerns to those who need to hear it most.
