@thusandso....To hide behind NPC RFM propaganda and not address the issues that are sinking our system frankly isn't helpful at all. There must be some changes to recruitment to deal with the physical house size differentials, eliminate DS from panhel as zero value added Non NPC member and multiple failing houses in the system. I estimated that in my house after legacy and reference cases we needed to find no more than 25 people during recruitment. Long recruitment with over 1,000 to find 25 people? Crazy waste of time. People only pull out the term 'be more panhellenic' when they want you to do something that is a waste of time and hugely expensive. Because of everything being mismanged over the past 3 years we can't gty housing, have an awful points system and frankly can't meet everyone in the house after 3 years of huge classes. To me being panhellenic is looking at the big picture OVER THE LONG TERM. Nothing about what has been going on has done anything to improve my house. The situation has gotten worse and not better and PNMs place no value on gty bid 'gift' and so bail when they don't get the 1-2 houses they think they deserve. I think my house would be better off excusing ourselves from recruitment and simply doing COB and using the extra money for things that are important to us rather than have 1,000 people come through the house that we will never see again.
