Pikapp/SAE(Pikapp is better but was suspended so couldn’t throw as much. Also have great pc. SAE pc is not good compared to previous years. They are also worse than 2022-2024 SAE but still a good frat. Both r good overall Sig Chi/Pike/theta chi (Sig chi is an overall good frat and very fun. New pc is what’s dropping them to low top. Pike is essentially just a big house and ego. They do have a good pc but their parties are ok. Theta chi has barnyard which was very fun but thats it. Will drop soon bc the seniors graduated and cant only rely on barnyard. Zbt/Beta/phidelt(Zbt has sdt because they bought them. Brothers are hit or miss some r very weird and some are chill. just have a lot of money. Beta has chill brothers and parties are ok. Phi delt is a bit worse than beta Aepi(had sexy redd this sem which was so fun but u genuinely can’t defend how weird some of the brothers are) Lambda/Asig/ksig(Lambda is best out of the three. Asig is second and Ksig on the come up
