If we're being realistic and looking at where things stand right now, Alpha Gam probably belongs in the "competitive but shifting" category as well. They're still a strong chapter, but they don't seem to have the same momentum they had a few years ago. I'd group them with the other chapters that remain competitive but appear to be trending downward or becoming less dominant than they once were.
