Fully admit I’m a mom of a potential new member. Seems like lots of houses are described as ‘in state’ vs ‘out of state OOS’. My question is, would a girl from Chicago be considered more out of state than a girl from Nashville? In other words, does being from a Southern state give you an advantage versus someone who grew up north of the Mason Dixon?
