Heyyyy queen!! I wanted to lyk that “mixing” doesnt really matter!! Not to scare you at all, but the sororities tri delt might be known for “mixing” with are just chapters that have date parties with them!! You can still definitely be close to your chi o friends while being a tri delt! You can always invite them to socials/date parties and vice versa!! One of my closest friends is a tri delt and I am in a polar opposite sorority imo (im a Pi Phi) and we still get to hang out together at all sorts of events! dont try to worry too much on who hangs out with who! it changes a lot by pledge class!!
