Walking down the street in Davis California on my first week, feeling fresh as a pnm, scared at the prospect of Trader Joe’s being full on this past fine Saturday mid day rush lunch break, it is safe to say that I was scared. Scared of the streets of Davis, CA. I approached Trader Joe’s and purchased one (1) turkey club wrap. I ate it. I made my way back to rush. You may be thinking to yourself “what does this have to do with anything rush related?” Well I’ll tell you. As I made my way to my next house (I will not name) I started to suffer from what i would call oops I ate cheese and I’m lactose intolerant. This is where I must express that I have dropped from sorority recruitment at UC Davis. I had no choice. I had to run to the nearest lecture hall to take a massive nuke. How do I explain that to my pi rho chi? So I would like to have you all know that — even if you don’t know me — I was your hero that day. Because instead of nuking a sorority lawn, I sacrificed my ability to rush to rush to the bathroom instead. Love you guys.
