I rushed as a junior transfer. I was so nervous that no chapters would take me because I was already a junior. However it doesn't matter. I heard rumors that each sorority will only take like MAYBE 1 transfer and it's completely false. I'm in a top tier sorority here, and we have 6 juniors in my pledge class alone (pc15) so don't be worried!! Honestly though however, it is MUCH harder to make friends. Most of my pledge class are freshman, so it's hard to chill with girls that are much younger than you. Idk what people say, it's harder to make friends when you're older.
